Professional Experience

Jim is a Montreal resident who moved to the National Capital Region in 1973 where he obtained an Honours Degree in Commerce from Carleton University specializing in Marketing. He entered the Commercial Real Estate business in 1985 working for a suburban Broker/Developer and has specialized in the High Tech community for over twenty four years.

He has represented many suburban tenants, purchasers and landlords in the successful leasing and sale of properties.

In July 1999 he jointly founded the Ottawa office of CBRE where he is currently a Vice President. His participation in the Private Client Group has augmented his ability to service all his client’s real estate needs, both locally and internationally.

In 2007-2009, Jim has been involved in the sale and lease of $100,000,000 in Industrial, office and commercial property. He remains focussed on the Western areas of Ottawa and has completed over 500 commercial transactions in the Kanata area during his career.
