Oliver Kershaw started his career with CBRE Limited in May 2006 after arriving from the United Kingdom.  Oliver focuses on the Kanata high-tech office sector and his market knowledge is unrivalled in the office.  Specializing on tenant representation assignments, he is widely recognized as one of the Kanata market leaders within the industry.  

Oliver has represented various Kanata companies throughout his 5 year career from hi-tech start-ups through to Fortune 500 corporations.  He has been called upon as a resource by various Kanata Landlord entities and his peers for consultancy services and has presented at the National Research Council Canada.  Priding himself on superior market knowledge he is a creative thinker and consistently provides his clients with innovative cost saving real estate solutions.

Over his time with CBRE Oliver has been involved in the sale, lease and sublease of over 1,000,000 SF of commercial property within Kanata.
