Shireen Sayani is a Marketing and Client Services associate for CB Richard Ellis' National Apartment Group. Her primary focus is coordinating all financial and marketing functions for the disposition of single-asset/portfolio transactions. She is responsible for financial underwriting, preparing proposals/presentations, creating and dissemination of all marketing materials including brochures, Investment Offering Memorandums and due diligence.

Achievements

From 1994 to 2006, the National Apartment Group has consistently achieved #1 for Apartment Sales CB Richard Ellis Canada Wide.  Over the past four years, Shireen has been involved in the sale of 16,353 units, which equates to over $1.3 billion of multi-family transactions.
