Professional ExperienceTom’s background as a senior executive in a land development company and 20 years of experience with CBRE provide a solid foundation for client service. He played a key role in establishing the CBRE Corporate Services Group in Toronto, in opening and managing the Waterloo Region CBRE office, and launching the National Private Client Group.
Tom has extensive market knowledge of the SWO and GTA marketplaces with a focus on office, retail and development land sales.
Major transactions include 36 Toronto Street from a foreign owner to Slate Properties for $47m, a series of big box retail assets for a private client with a total of $45m, and the Station Park Office complex in London (twice) for a total of $33m.
Tom works extensively with private clients in the SWO and GTA markets as part of the National Private Client Group.
