Brook's core area of concentration with CB Richard Ellis is in Leasing and Investment Sales or Retail, Office and Industrial properties in the Windsor-Essex County area.  Brook was one of the Top 5 Sales Producers for the years 2006 and 2007.  Brook completed 37 transactions totaling approximately $87,000,000 in value and was the Top Selling Producer in 2007 for the CB Richard Ellis Southwestern Ontario offices.  Predominantly Brook is involved in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of properties within the Windsor and the Essex County Real Estate Market.
