Professional Experience

Brian is an Associate Vice President with eight years of experience in Montreal’s commercial real estate industry.  Brian co-leads the Montreal group of the CBRE National Investment Team along with Serge Duval and Robert Metcalfe. In 2010, this group sold a total of 16 commercial properties with a total transactional volume in excess of $200 million, with an enviable market share of 34% for investment grade real estate transactions in the Montreal market.

Brian specializes in sale dispositions of institutional grade commercial property in and around the Greater Montreal Area and the Province of Québec as well as working with National Investment Team colleagues on national assignments.

After graduating from McGill University in 2002, Brian joined CBRE in 2003 and following a year in the research department, joined the National Investment Team as an analyst. Since that time, Brian has led, or played a significant role in investment transactions totaling over $1 billion in volume, and achieved his CCIM designation in July 2009.
