Robert Metcalfe joined CB Richard Ellis in 2001 and is part of the National Investment Team (N.I.T.) of Montréal, working as a Certified Real Estate Broker and Senior Financial Analyst.  His strong analytical skills and experienced background of more than 20 years in commercial real estate (15 of which working as a Senior Appraiser and Advisor) have enabled him to work on numerous assignments, as well as on several high profile real estate properties.  His field of expertise includes office buildings, shopping centres and retail properties, hotels, senior homes, industrial and multi-residential properties, land, institutional and special purpose properties, portfolios of all sorts, redevelopment properties, telecommunication sites, etc.
