Lance is known as a market leader having transacted major multi-family dispositions with a national and international scope on behalf of numerous private apartment owners and many of Canada’s most prestigious real estate companies. Lance and his Team have established themselves as one of the leading apartment sale teams in British Columbia having lead the Metro Vancouver and Victoria Apartment Market between 2015-2021 with a sales value in excess of $1.75 Billion.
