Paul Gemmel joined CBRE in October of 1995, shortly after the opening of the Edmonton office. He is a Senior Vice President of CBRE and as a member of the National Apartment Group (NAG-Edmonton), specializes in the sale of Multi-Family properties. Since joining CBRE, Paul has been Top Producer in the Edmonton office 6 times and with his partners Ray Townsend and Bradley Gingerich, top producers in the Edmonton office a further 3 times. The team specializes in multi-family property acquisition, disposition, evaluation, and consulting. In addition to the acquisition and disposition of several thousand apartment units, they have worked closely with developers purchasing key residential locations throughout Edmonton, Northern Alberta and Northeastern B.C. To date, our developer clients have added approximately 5,500 residential units to the market. Paul and his colleagues have facilitated the sale of over $2.5 Billion worth of residential real estate. With 35 years of experience in real estate sales, he has always specialized in multi-family sales and has sold hundreds of Alberta properties to regional, national and international investors.
