Barry Poley's primary focus is the sale of income properties throughout Southwestern Ontario. He compliments this focus with solid commercial leasing expertise and a background in new developments. His objective is to cultivate long-term relationships with his clients by servicing not only their acquisition and disposition requirements, but also to fulfill their pre-sale and post-sale leasing requirements. Barry has enjoyed a continuous and successful career in commercial real estate since 1980, and has teamed with Jack Cox to establish a highly effective partnership which provides their clients with over 54 years of commercial real estate experience and a performance history of over $100 million in recent sales and leasing transactions.

Barry's expertise spans all product classes: retail, multi-family, office, industrial and development properties.  Whether the assignment calls for the accountability inherent to power of sale transactions, the sophisticated analysis requirements of institutional acquisitions, the down-to-earth personal approach of a private investment , the creativity to develop efficient site plan designs, or the appreciation of national tenant and developer criteria, Barry's performance history and 26 years experience surpass his clients expectations. 

Barry recognized for his proficiency with computers and sophisticated financial analysis programs such as Argus, Cadd drafting software, as well as for developing his own acclaimed financial analysis program for smaller investments. Barry has also completed 6 of the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) courses at honors levels. He is well known for his meticulous attention to detail and his creative marketing talents. He is respected for his honesty, his dedication to his clients and his resourceful negotiating skills.
