Professional Experience
Chris Harris is an industrial specialist servicing Southwestern Ontario from the London office with over 20 years experience. As a member of CBRE Industrial Services, Chris has been involved in many of the largest industrial sales/leases in the area. As well, Chris' background includes terms as property manager (Consortium Group) and a Project Manager/Designer (Ellis-Don Construction). This experience is invaluable when analyzing and evaluating the many complex issues associated with today's industrial real estate market.
Chris is a member of two complementary niche groups within the company that are part of Industrial Services.
The Special Properties Group is a group of individual CBRE brokers who are located throughout North America who meet quarterly to discuss listings, active prospects, market conditions and trends. Since becoming part of the Special Properties Group in 1993, Chris has been helping corporate clients in disposition and acquisition of large industrial/commercial properties throughout the region. The group provides special expertise and services to the marketing of industrial facilities.
The Global Logistics Group is a partnership of highly experienced real estate professionals and alliance consultants who service third-party logistics providers, fulfillment and operating companies in local, national and international markets.
Achievements
- Chris, as part of the Southwestern Ontario Industrial Team, was Top Producer in the London office in 2004.
- Chris is consistently one of the Top 5 Producers in Southwestern Ontario.
