Mark joined CBRE in 2010 as a Sales Associate and brings his sales and marketing skills of assessing disposition strategies, sourcing buyers, managing the due diligence process and leading with contract negotiations. He is actively involved in assessing values for a variety of hotel and resort asset types, and works closely with owners to develop and execute tailored marketing programs. He has most recently developed tremendous experience in facilitating lender-driven and receivership transactions.
