Jean-Philippe Picard is the Regional Lead for Project Management services in Western Canada at CBRE. Mr. Picard has over 10 years of engineering and project management expertise spanning a wide spectrum of project types including commercial, institutional, retail, industrial, and municipal projects. He has significant experience representing owners in facility construction projects having delivered over $1B in capital construction projects. In this capacity, Mr. Picard works with owners using a pragmatic approach to define their requirements, implement the right design solution, and select the appropriate construction strategies with the aim of providing a long lasting and cost effective solution to their real estate needs. Mr. Picard endeavors to integrate environmentally sustainable elements or LEED design principles in all his projects.
As the Regional Lead, Mr. Picard provides executive leadership on local projects and programs, and manages the operations for the Western Region. Additionally, he is responsible for business development as well as developing and maintaining client relationships. He has demonstrated great success in growing CBRE’s Western market, and in meeting client needs.
