Amy Bugg is the Director of Client Care on CBRE’s Client Solutions team. Amy has extensive experience in developing and maintaining business relationships with highly complex accounts within CBRE. Amy has extensive experience in Transaction and Advisory Services specializing in transaction management services for corporate clients with multi-market portfolios. She works with the group’s growing list of clients to help them achieve their corporate real estate objectives. Amy’s day-to-day activities range from transaction management and execution to assisting clients with long term strategic initiatives.
Amy has over 10 years of broad-based experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining the Advisory and Transaction Services Group, her background included working within the Global Corporate Services team at CBRE to provide transaction management services to a major financial institution. Amy’s primary focus was to manage the client’s acquisitions, dispositions, lease renewals, subleases and lease restructuring within their retail and office portfolios.
Amy also spent several years working for a leading landlord development firm specializing in the leasing and development of retail shopping centres throughout North America.
Amy’s diverse background and experience give her a unique perspective on the needs of corporate real estate users.
