David A. Malka is member of the capital markets group and specializes in investment, land and redevelopment properties. After 18  months as a research analyst, David swiftly became an integral member of the land and redevelopment team for Quebec. David has been directly involved in the disposition of high-density urban and suburban land sites, large-scale redevelopment properties, suburban office parks, high street retail, trophy office towers, and logistics and manufacturing industrial assets across a broad geography with a particular focus on the Greater Montréal area.

Working alongside Senior Vice-President Daniel Garant and their team of real estate experts, David is able to consistently provide transactional and expert advisory services with speed, precision and integrity.
