David Yanoshita is a Sales Representative with CBRE Limited. David has been employed in commercial real estate for 30 years and is consistently one of the top five producers in the CBRE London office.
He is also a proud member of the CBRE Private Client Group (PCG) and has worked with Land Services out of Toronto. These 2 associations are unique in that members do not apply for acceptance, successful Realtors are approached by each organization and asked to join exclusively. This is an honour bestowed upon only a handful of Realtors across Ontario.
David specializes in the acquisition and disposition of income property and land sales. During the early 1990's his investment activities centered on power of sale type transactions throughout Southwestern Ontario. From the mid 1990’s to present, his activities have focused on conventional investment transactions. He has acted as a consultant for major institutions and has twelve years of planning and development experience.
David, with his years of experience, is recognized as an industry leader. He has assisted both investors and vendors in achieving their goals in sale and acquisition. David has been involved in over 400 real estate transactions valued in excess of $500 million.
