Geoff Donelly has over 28 years experience in Downtown Vancouver office leasing and sales. As a Senior Vice President of the CBRE Vancouver Office Properties Group, Geoff specializes representing corporate clients requiring real estate services both locally and nationally. Mr. Donelly also represents office building owners who require expertise relating to office leasing and sales. Mr. Donelly has successfully negotiated several 'off-market' office building sales in the Downtown and Broadway markets. Mr. Donelly has also acted as the exclusive leasing agent for some of Vancouver's most prestigious buildings including Bentall 5 and 1111 West Georgia Street.
