Professional Experience
Grant joined CBRE as a member of the National Investment Team – Edmonton in 2000. Over his tenure at CBRE he has developed a wide variety of skills that has contributed to the team successfully closing over $6.0 billion worth of transactions during his career. NIT- Edmonton continually leads the Edmonton market in terms of market share every year, consistently handling 50% of all investment transactions for assets valued at more than $5 Million. Grant’s knowledge and experience combined with his strong work ethic and keen attention to detail contribute to his successful role in the marketing, sale and due diligence process. He has helped grow and maintain his team’s solid foundation of clients through his professionalism, integrity and commitment. Grant’s experience covers all asset classes while specializing in the retail market. In 2006 and 2007 NIT-Edmonton was awarded the Richard A. Pogue award for top team in Canada.
