Ian Hunt is a Senior Vice President at CBRE Limited. He is recognized as a leading advisory expert in land dispositions throughout the 905 and 416 regions and is ranked within the Top 10 Sales Professionals in CBRE's Toronto North Office.

Since joining CBRE 10 years ago, Ian has dedicated his focus primarily on the disposition of development land and urban redevelopment properties. He has successfully transacted over $1 Billion in land disposition, which stems from his unsurpassed market knowledge, strong client focus, and above all his expertise and strength in negotiation to obtain the maximum value for each transaction. Ian prides himself on providing an unparalleled level of service, all of which has led him to over 120 land transactions during his career. Ian has substantial expertise in market trends, valuation and strategy building, which has facilitated his ability to develop long term relationships and a special understanding of the needs of his clients.

Ian earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Guelph majoring in Housing and Real Estate Management. Ian is a member of Corenet Global, the Urban Land Institute, and is a developing leader in NAIOP.
