Professional Experience
Jamie joined CBRE Limited as Associate Vice President of the Ottawa office where he focuses on the Development and Retail sectors of the industry. Jamie has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1999 and, through his experience, offers his clients strategic advisory services supported by a strong technical expertise.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jamie was Managing Director of a private investment and development firm focused on the overall management of a commercial office and development land portfolio in Eastern Ontario and Florida. Prior to which, Jamie was Director of Asset Management with a leading national institution where he had responsibility for two major portfolios, a 4.5 million square foot downtown commercial Office portfolio and a 4.0 million square foot suburban office, industrial and retail portfolio. Jamie also held a lead role as Associate Director, Client Solutions with an international brokerage firm specializing on transaction management, demographic and economic site selection and overall outsourced real estate solutions.
As an active member in the Ottawa community, Jamie is involved in numerous charitable organizations benefiting the local initiatives, including the Ronald McDonald House, and is also active in ICSC and NAIOP, leading commercial real estate associations. Jamie is married with two children and enjoys skiing, hockey and cycling.
