Jeremy Kenemy is a Vice President with CBRE. He has over 15 years of experience negotiating office leasing contracts exclusively on behalf of tenants and corporate real estate executives. Since 2002, with the help of his team, he has completed over 550 transactions in the Greater Montreal Area and across North America.
Jeremy helps companies who lease office and laboratory space make the best real estate decisions. C-level executives are concerned with maximizing profits and productivity. Therefore, by understanding market data, usage of sophisticated trend forecasting tools, strategic negotiation gambits, and his extensive network, Jeremy helps stakeholders to align their real estate strategies with their overall business objectives.
Viewed as indispensable real estate partners, he and his team work to uncover the most efficient and cost-effective leasing solutions for tenants and negotiate the most favourable lease terms. Outsourcing real estate challenges allows companies to focus on their core business, knowing that their occupancy costs will be controlled, their interests will be protected, and their office or laboratory space will support attracting the best and brightest talent. Having a strategy, knowing the market and its players, being proactive and “on the ball” is what Jeremy is all about.
As Jeremy would say: "we solve complex real estate problems, one square foot at a time."
Prior to joining CBRE, Jeremy spent 10 years with JLL working with large Fortune 500 firms as well as local Quebec based SMEs. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Concordia University and is a candidate for the Masters in Commercial Real Estate (MCR) designation through Corenet Global. Jeremy is also a presenter at industry real estate forums.
