Professional Experience

 

Jordan Lunan is a Vice President for the Toronto West Capital Markets Team and has over 18 years experience in Canada’s commercial real estate industry with CBRE. Jordan spent the first 7 years of his career in CBRE’s Montreal office as a member of their Investment Team. After spending 2009 living and traveling abroad in Asia, he returned to Canada and relocated to Toronto where he currently resides with his wife and two young daughters.

As a member of CBRE’s Private Capital Group, Jordan takes great pride in the relationships he’s cultivated and providing his clients with sound knowledge on market activity and trends

Jordan specializes in sale dispositions of investment grade real estate in the Greater Toronto Area and in markets across Ontario. His primary focus is industrial and office assets, but he also has considerable experience in retail and redevelopment transactions.

Since 2019, Jordan’s team has produced over $337,658,823 in sale transaction volume. In 2018, Jordan brokered the 5th largest commercial real estate transaction in the GTA with the sale of the Parkway Place office complex for $256,250,000.
