Signature Graphics has looked for help to find a new location for years without success. We had fairly specific requirements including a large showroom, open concept offices and a large bay area. Our biggest obstacle though, was our budget. We required “retail” like space with an industrial budget. Several months ago, I found a location that I thought would be ideal. We contacted an agent to help with the negotiation and, unfortunately we were unable to come up with any agreement. We walked away somewhat discouraged. A couple of months went by when a friend recommended that I spoke to Rick Spencer from CBRE. After a short conversation in where I described our ideal location, Rick suggested a few locations to look at including the same location that we were unsuccessful with a couple of months prior. Rick when to bat for us and within a short period and much negotiations, we signed a lease for that ideal location that I am very happy with. This deal literally would not have happened without Rick Spencer’s determination and perseverance.
