Achievements
In late 1998 Mario joined CBRE Limited as Associate Vice President specializing in retail leasing and sales. Since then, he has worked to secure the dominant market share of Vancouver's retail market (approximately 85%). Mario has been involved in street front leasing, mall leasing, mall restructuring, and development pre-leasing as well as the sale of many high profile commercial properties. Mario has the mandate with Shell Canada Products for the disposition of 80 idle fuel sites (+/- $110,000,000 in land value) throughout British Columbia. He has also been involved in the sale of a number of properties including;
