The Team

The Boutet-Lacroix office leasing team specializes in tenant representation.

The team is led by Michèle Boutet and Pierre Lacroix, two of the founding members of the Montreal CBRE office. Michèle and Pierre are amongst the city's leading office specialists, and are widely recognized for their exceptional work ethic, integrity and objectivity. They have over twenty-nine and thirty-five years of experience, respectively, in negotiating and concluding lease transactions.

The Boutet-Lacroix office leasing team is complemented by Nathalie Buissé, Director, Real Estate Transactions, Helen Pantazopoulos, Transactions Manager, Sophie Lacroix, Transaction Manager, and Maïté Champoux, Real Estate Services Assistant. The Team provides its clients with market analyses and real estate solutions using their database of market information as well as their extensive and pertinent market knowledge.

In 2020, the team realized over 1.1 million square feet of transactions, representing new leases, renewals and sale transactions for local, national and international clients.
