Over December 2000 through February 2001, Medis Outsource Logistics (MOL) received the services of CB Richard Ellis in finding and leasing our existing building and in sub-letting our original building. We received assistance with both the Offers to Lease and the final Lease documents. I have had the opportunity to use the services of Corby Rolin and Scott Steele on two separate occasions. In March of 2003, Corby and Scott helped me secure the leased premises in which I currently conduct business, at a very competitive rate. Furthermore, Corby and Scott did an exceptional job at selling my property at 7050 Bramalea Rd. Units 50-51. The reason why I use the adjective exceptional is because the property at 7050 Bramalea was initially listed with another agent for a 3 month term. Throughout that listing period, I received one offer, which was well below market price. After that agent's term had expired, I listed the property with Corby and Scott, who sold the property for 98% of my asking price within 2 days of their listing.
Needless to say, we could not have arranged this transaction without your expertise and guidance every step of the way. Leslie and I greatly appreciated your contributions toward making this deal conclude successfully, in such a short space of time.
We had bought our last building from Scot Steele back in 1989 and had found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and thorough to the "T ". The purchase and sale of the real estate transaction went very well due to Scot's attention to detail.
