Michael joined CBRE Limited’s Downtown Toronto Office Leasing Group in 2008 where he quickly established himself as a strong negotiator on behalf of his clients. Michael differentiated himself through his work ethic, creativity and strategic approach to each client he represented.
Michael then moved on to work for a large institutional Commercial Real Estate investor where he held various senior asset management positions, most recently as a Vice President of Asset Management. Over 6 years, Michael was responsible for diverse portfolios spread across multiple Canadian markets, totaling over 8,400,000 SF.
Following this valuable asset management experience Michael returned to CBRE to join the Toronto West Office Leasing team. Michael’s experience differentiates him in the marketplace and gives him a unique perspective in addressing his client’s needs.
