Tokyo All-grade vacancy rate rose 0.1 point q-o-q to 0.9%, marking the first time since 2010 that the figures recorded two consecutive quarterly rise. Tokyo Grade A vacancy rate rose 0.2 points q-o-q to 0.9%, the first increase in two quarters. Tokyo All-Grade rent fell by 0.9% q-o-q to JPY 23,270 per tsubo, the second consecutive quarterly decline. Also, Tokyo Grade A rents fell by 0.4% q-o-q to JPY 38,700 per tsubo, the second consecutive quarterly decline.
Osaka Grade A vacancy rate rose 0.1 point q-o-q to 0.6%, the first increase in three quarters. Osaka Grade A rents rose by 0.2% q-o-q to JPY 26,450 per tsubo, the first increase in two quarters.
Nagoya Grade A vacancy rate fell 0.2 points q-o-q to 1.0%, the first decline in five quarters. Nagoya Grade A rents fell by 0.2% q-o-q to JPY 28,100 per tsubo, the second consecutive quarterly decline.
