With over 65 years of combined commercial real estate experience at CBRE, the team of Tim Pacaud, Scott MacKenzie and Jordan Lunan specialize in a variety of asset classes in suburban markets across Ontario. With unique insight and access to private, public and institutional capital sources, our team is well equipped to handle almost any requirement and craft a vision to take advantage of current market conditions.

In 2019, the TW Capital Markets Team transacted on 17 investment sales, representing a total deal value of over $249,500,000.

With roots dating back to 1985, the TW Capital Markets Team has accumulated a national network of over 1,500 active Private Investors. We have extensive experience dealing with this buyer segment and understand the mindset of today’s Private Investor. The depth of our network enables our team to ensure maximum market exposure and credibility within the Private Capital community.

We Represent Institutional and Public Funds

We have relationships throughout the CBRE Capital Markets network and have represented foreign buyers and sellers for transactions of scale in a variety of assets classes. Our experience includes dealing with cross border multi-market portfolio offerings and representing foreign private and institutional capital sources on the buy and sale side.
