Jeff Cuzner

Jeff Cuzner is a Director with CBRE for Property Tax services in Atlantic Canada and is located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Jeff has over 13 years of experience in the Property Tax business.

Jeff has worked primarily with large institutional grade clients since 2013, as well as with local and regional clients. Jeff has been involved in major assessment appeals on Retail Power Centres and enclosed shopping malls over the past several years. He has worked for landlords, asset managers and property managers to manage their annual property tax obligations.

Jeff's Specialties include: Property Tax Advisory Services for investment grade assets such as enclosed shopping malls, office buildings, retail strip malls, power centres, along with industrial assets like cold storage facilities, distribution centres, single and multi-tenant warehouses, etc. Jeff has also provided, Rental/ Lease Analysis to determine tenant allocations of property tax.

Prior to joining CBRE in August of 2018 Jeff was a Senior Property Tax Consultant with a major national firm.

Jeff also spent five years as a Commercial Assessor with the Nova Scotia assessment authority known as Property Valuation Services Corporation (PVSC).
