Steven Demers

As a Senior Director with an impressive 30 years of design and project management experience, Steven Demers plays a pivotal role in leading CBRE's Project Management team, overseeing the management of over $520M in client spend, in Central Canada, annually. His strategic guidance and expertise are instrumental in delivering excellence for a wide range of projects, including office, commercial, and special projects.

His career journey has been marked by diverse experiences. Initially, he worked as a corporate interior designer in Toronto, honing his design acumen. A move to Central Europe expanded his horizons as he delved into real estate development, overseeing the delivery of more than 6M SF of mixed-use projects. This international experience provided him with a unique perspective on the industry.

In 2011, Steven returned to Canada, taking on the role of Development Director for a condominium project in Montreal. Subsequently, he contributed to a significant mixed-use heritage building redevelopment project in Toronto, further enriching his already vast skill set.

With three decades of design and project management expertise, Steven is poised to lead the way in ensuring CBRE's projects meet the highest standards of excellence, making him a formidable asset to clients.
