Antoine Theodorakis is a financial analyst in Quebec City’s Debt & Structured Finance team; he develops financial models, structures financing solutions, and coordinates due diligence and underwriting on behalf of the team’s clients. Antoine is involved in equity and debt placement strategies through a wide array of financial products - including but not limited to CMHC-insured, conventional, construction and private placement.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2023 as an analyst, Antoine gained four (4) years of valuable experience as a commercial real estate appraiser at DeRico Experts Conseils. He had the opportunity to work on the appraisal of multi-family, industrial, commercial, office and other properties for various purposes, including mortgage financing, acquisitions, sales and municipal assessments.
