Calvin Bouchard is an Industrial Broker and Senior Research Analyst with a focus on fulfillment and logistics properties. He is passioned by providing market leading insight and solutions for the world’s most impactful companies; big or small. His growing presence on social media provides the public with current affairs and trends that move the industrial market. As both an American and Canadian citizen, Calvin knows and understands North America and provides clients with unmatched expertise in cross border logistics.
Education has always been fundamental to Calvin’s character. After attending Upper Canada College in Toronto he built his foundation at the University of British Columbia’s world renowned Sauder School of business where he majored in commercial Real Estate in 2020.
Calvin provides clients with over 7 years of public and private sector commercial real estate experience. When not keeping a pulse of the Metro Vancouver Industrial real estate market, Calvin can be found in the Coast Mountain range backcountry skiing with his dog ‘Summit’, or teaching at UBC.
