Derek Deane is a Senior Sales Associate with CBRE’s Retailer Services Group. Derek brings an in-depth understanding of the Canadian commercial real estate market with enhanced expertise in franchise business sales to the CBRE organization.
Based in Toronto, the Retailers Services Group provides a comprehensive platform of brokerage services including site selection and retail analytics, lease negotiation, portfolio optimization studies, lease renewals and relocations, market rental and valuation reporting, disposition and acquisition services and research and market trend reporting.
Derek and the broader team provide advisory and transaction solutions to nationally based retailers, and work with various preferred retail and investment broker partners across all Canadian markets for effective national account coordination and full market coverage.
