As National Director of Operations & PMO, she holds a pivotal position, spearheading strategic planning and oversight. Her responsibilities encompass resource management and forecasting, governance and compliance, implementation of technology, system and data management, as well as training, coaching, and mentoring the Canadian Advisory Project Management team.
