In 2016, after more than 10 years in the social and welfare services field, Emilie Ouellet made an adventurous career change and joined CBRE as head of Human Resources for the province of Quebec. There, she put her skills in human relations and project management to good use, actively working to improve the well-being and performance of employees.
Always on the lookout for new opportunities and recognizing the power of integrating HR and CRE priorities, Emilie took up a new challenge and decided, in 2017, to get her Commercial Real Estate Broker license.
As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Emilie applies her human resources expertise to help her clients create environments where engagement and collaboration come naturally. Her deep understanding of HR needs helps workplace strategists ensure they make the “right” decisions for their people.
Emilie specializes in office tenant representation and her clients range from startups to high-growth and institutional corporate businesses. Emilie is also the head of CBRE Nonprofit Practice Group for the province of Quebec.
