Heali Thirwell specializes in Office Brokerage, with a focus on Tenant Representation. She is passionate about helping Vancouver companies grow, using office space to build community and culture. Heali believes that inspiring space can be critical to attracting and retaining top talent.
Heali has a long-term focus, and aims to work with all clients for decades. She works closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and definition of success. From this understanding, she seeks space that will support and elevate her clients, while keeping a bottom-line focus during negotiations.
Heali is an avid supporter of the Vancouver tech scene, and represents clients from a variety of sectors: from SAAS to digital media, health and wellness and even electric motorcycle brands.
Outside of CBRE, Heali volunteers as the Vice Chair for Vancouver Entrepreneur’s Forum, Vancouver's premier networking forum for tech entrepreneurs and venture capitalists. At VEF she hosts thought-provoking events and panels featuring inspiring leaders. Her aim in this role is to deepen tech education and cross pollination across industries.
