James Craig, a sales representative on the brokerage side of the business since 2002, has worked in all commercial real estate sales and leasing aspects. For nearly 15 years, his focus has been on multi-family investment properties with the preeminent investment team in Southwestern Ontario. This experience uniquely positions him to provide clients with expert guidance with their debt needs.
James has worked in the Waterloo Region and Southwestern Ontario market as part of the National Apartment Group at CBRE before joining DSF. His sole focus was on multifamily sales and market intelligence related to new apartment construction, student housing, recent transactions, and rental surveys. He has over 15 years of multifamily sales experience in real estate.
James will collaborate closely with Christos Panagiotakos from the Ottawa DSF team to focus on areas outside the GTA. This dynamic partnership will ensure a comprehensive approach to client needs. While the primary focus will be on CMHC funding of multi-residential projects (new and existing), funding of land, office, retail, and industrial assets will also be targeted.
