Jeffrey Medeiros, CAIA, is a Senior Financial Analyst in the Montreal Debt & Structured Finance practice. With over four years of experience in real estate debt capital markets, he has developed expertise in underwriting, portfolio strategy and transaction execution. Jeffrey collaborates with high-net-worth families, developers, private equity firms and REITs to secure optimal capital solutions.
He possesses extensive knowledge in various avenues of debt capital, including CMHC programs, portfolio restructurings, mezzanine financing and more. Jeffrey is dedicated to providing clients with the most accretive capital and ensuring seamless transaction execution.
Before joining CBRE Capital, Jeffrey was a Senior Analyst at one of Canada’s largest independently owned mortgage companies where he gained critical skills in financial modelling, credit risk analysis and transaction management.
