Jerry launched his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2019 where he managed Newfoundland’s market research platform. In 2020, Jerry transitioned to a commercial sales and leasing role, where he now handles landlord and tenant representation for office and industrial properties.
Jerry is actively involved in mixed-use, industrial, and redevelopment sales, office and industrial landlord representation as well as office tenant representation.
