John Millington is the National Senior Director for all Principal projects across Canada. CBRE is a global leader in Principal project delivery, with dedicated processes for principal contracting, sourcing and procurement, vendor management, and administrative resourcing.
John provides expert input in project delivery strategies, from scope development and resourcing through vendor procurement to project implementation and move management. His highly pragmatic approach ensures that flexible, yet process-driven solutions are implemented and aligned with clients’ capital investments, business needs, and governance requirements. With John's leadership, CBRE Canada delivered over 30 Principal projects in the past two years.
John also has 35 years of diversified industrial, commercial, institutional and infrastructure project management operational experience, including large-scale LEED certified renewal and greenfield development projects.
