Kayla Zakuta

Kayla Zakuta joined CBRE in 2019 as a Sales Trainee in the Research Team. She quickly gained experience and,, she obtained her licence as a commercial real estate broker.

Kayla joined the Tech & Media Practice Group in the Office Leasing division of the firm in 2021. Her role consists of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, such as office sales or leasing, building relationships with clients, conducting site visits and providing market knowledge to potential clients, negotiating leasing agreements on behalf of clients, staying up to date with market trends and competitor activity to provide expert advice.

Before joining CBRE, Kayla was Vice President of external affairs at the Concordia Real Estate Club. She also worked as an intern in property management at Groupe Mach and as a summer intern at Plaza Retail REIT.

Kayla is known for her ability to learn quickly and to adapt, as well as being resourceful, which contribute significantly to her team’s success. She is perfectly bilingual in French and English.
