With over 25 years experience leading organizations through transformational change, Lisa has worked with many major Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations across Canada and globally. In addition to working with CBRE client engagements, Lisa contributes to the market in through speaking engagements, Real Estate Organization Leadership Involvement, Masters’ Student Mentoring, Vocational Curriculum Review and Sessional Teaching.

Prior ExperienceBefore she joined CBRE, Lisa was Senior Vice President Client Strategy and Marketing Principal at HOK, a global design, architecture, engineering and planning firm, where she partnered with clients to improve their workplace performance and deliver innovative and tailored business-aligned solutions.
Recent AssignmentsLisa has supported and led a number of projects across Canada, most recently including CBRE’s own GTA Workplace Transformation initiative, workplace strategy for Rogers Communications’ national portfolio optimization, CBC Broadcast Centre’s functional and technical program, RBC’s Enterprise wide change management strategy as well as contributing to Cisco, SunLife and EY’s recent Headquarter transformations.
