Maxime Foucaud is Vice President with CBRE Montreal’s National Investment Team. Maxime has acquired years of experience through underwriting and executing complex real estate transactions, ranging from commercial properties to development sites.
Working in partnership with Scott Speirs, Maxime has worked on over $5 billion in real estate transactions, including some of the most notable files in the Province of Québec. With his financial background and experience on complex files, he provides market-leading advisory on the acquisition and disposition of all office and retail investment assets in the Greater Montreal Area and the Province of Québec.
