Rhidita Abdur is a Junior Financial Analyst in the Montreal Debt & Structured Finance (DSF) practice at CBRE Capital. She supports senior analysts in preliminary research for all transactions, including data collection, market research, underwriting, communication with clients and lenders, and mortgage presentations.
Rhidita started her career at CBRE in the Research department for the province of Quebec, where she gained valuable experience in real estate market analysis. She then joined DSF, where she has helped the team’s research and analysis efforts as well as presentations for both clients and lenders. During her time at university, she served as a senior analyst at the HEC Real Estate Committee (ImmoHEC) and secured first place at the 2024 Quebec Real Estate Games in the advanced case category.
