Steve Elliott

Steve Elliott is the Director of CBRE’s Multi-Market Retail and Industrial lines of business within the CBRE Project Management Canada platform. He has over 15 years of experience in Project Management with comprehensive knowledge of the various elements of retail and industrial construction projects, including development/planning, civil engineering, interior and building shell design, M&E engineering elements, logistics, store fixtures, millwork fabrication, building signage and detailed budgeting.

Steve and his team have overseen projects that include large greenfield industrial developments, greenfield petroleum developments, ground-up QSR builds, inline/endcap conversions and food court projects, each with its own set of challenges and skillset requirements. The unique spectrum of project experience allows him to move swiftly, strategically, and consistently.

In the past 5 years, the team has delivered over 1.5M SF of assets, including retail, petroleum, warehouse, distribution center and office. The team has also completed rollout programs at over 500 sites nationwide.
