Whether its land acquisition, servicing, construction or long-term takeout at building completion, I am well-versed in conventional and CMHC insured lending across all asset classes.
After a decade as Vice President Finance of Winnipeg’s largest private industrial landlord, another 10 years at a Canadian chartered bank and most recently a position with an alternative mortgage lender serving all of Eastern Canada, I joined CBRE Limited in 2020.
