Teddy joined the Urban Retail Team in 2017 where he focuses on street front investment sales and leasing. Teddy offers his clients a unique perspective through his involvement and engagement in the full street front retail lifecycle. Whether it’s acquisition, re-position, leasing or disposition, Teddy provides first-class service from start to finish. Teddy, alongside the broader Urban Retail Team, is at the forefront of many street front transactions. Having built strong relationships with the city’s top landlords, the Urban Retail Team completed over 140 deals in 2019. These volumes provide access to unparalleled market insight, ensuring Teddy’s clients are positioned for success.
Before joining the Urban Retail Team, Teddy worked with the research group at CBRE limited where he was responsible for building financial models, collecting market information and maintaining various internal databases. Teddy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics (Honours) from Queen’s University and is a member of both the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
