Victor Dion is an Analyst for the Debt and Structured Finance (DSF) team in Quebec City. He specializes in underwriting and building clients’ files for acquisitions, development projects, and land financing. He serves local developers, private owners, pension funds, and real estate investment trusts.
Victor is heavily involved in the analysis and underwriting processes required to tailor financial solutions for clients. Previously, Victor worked as an analyst at Altus Group, gaining experience in Property Tax Management. He then joined Cominar's investments team, where he furthered his knowledge in property components such as leasing, operations, accounting, and debt.
Victor holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance and Minor in Real Estate from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University in Montreal.
