Nicole Nguyen is a Director with CBRE Hotels Valuation & Advisory Services group in Canada. Nicole joined CBRE Hotels in 2015 with the CBRE’s acquisition of PKF Consulting Canada, where she was Senior Consultant. Nicole had been with PKF since 2010. She completed her education at the University of Guelph and is presently enrolled in courses through the University of British Columbia working towards her certificate in Real Property Valuation (AACI program). Nicole has a comprehensive background in the hospitality industry, having held various upper management positions with Marriott Hotels and Resort in Canada. In addition, Nicole’s background includes operational experience in the banquet and golf course sectors.
In her time with CBRE, she has worked on a variety of engagements in practice areas including asset management, asset evaluation and strategy, feasibility analysis, appraisals and valuation as well as management contract review/negotiation.
